• Once the screenings/panels begin, please remain in your seat.
• Attendees who leave the theatre during breaks must have their badges to re-enter
• Absolutely no photography or video/audio recording allowed during screenings and panels (Times will be set aside for snapping photos.)
• No loitering outside while the screenings/panels are in progress. Doors will be closed once the screenings begin.
• Absolutely no crowding around arriving guests. Security will be in place.
• Cells phones, PDA's, etc. must be turned off during screenings/panels.

For the VIP party:

• R.E.S.P.E.C.T: Respect the fact that our guests who attend the party have just as much right to have fun, be comfortable and a stress free time to enjoy the party like everyone else.
• Photos and autographs are completely done at the discretion of our guests. If the request is made for no photos or autographs, we expect our party attendees to respect their wishes.
• Personal Space: While we understand everyone's excitement over meeting our guests, we do ask that there be no crowding, pushing or monopolizing of their time. If the guests are feeling harassed or uncomfortable they are less likely to stick around!
• No special requests: Please do not ask any of our guests to "call a friend" or anything that might make them uncomfortable during their time at the party.
• Party crashers: Absolutely no one will be allowed into the party who does not have a VIP badge. No Exceptions.

Anyone who flagrantly disregards the rules and code of conduct set up for this event will be asked to leave and no refunds given! Inappropriate, malicious or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. It's all about respect and boundaries, something we can all relate to. We like to call it common courtesy towards our guests who have been so generous with their time.
