Updated 4.2.08: All the organizers and staff of CUT! 2008 wish to thank all of our guests and attendees for making it out to our flagship event. On that note, please feel free to contact either LJ or my self via email with your feedback. The good, the bad and the ugly...every suggestions helps in making the next experience a better one for everyone.

Updated: 3.7.08

Some people have been asking us about lunch and if there is enough time to get food in just an hour. So, due to popular request, we are offering you the optional choice of having your lunch delivered in to the theatre vs. you needing to go make your way out into the wilds to fight the crowds, lines and still actually feel rested before the next film begins. We're ordering lunch for both days for those who want to take this option from none other than LA's fabulous The Bagel Broker, who caters to all the major studios as well as LA's high profile hoi paloi! Not to mention that their bagels are soft and chewy and just plain out of this world!

We have put a lunch package together for everybody to order from. CLICK HERE TO ORDER YOUR LUNCH. *disabled
(psst.... it's optional... you can still choose to go out on the breaks if you so wish.)

2.28.08: In light of the announcement that was made on gerardbutler.net this evening, 2.28.08 we would like to reassure our guests of the following.

I received a message from Gerry two weeks ago informing me that he quite possibly could have a new movie commitment that would interfere with his appearance but that he would still be with us if his schedule allowed him to be in town.

I spoke with his manager the next evening and he confirmed the possibility of the movie affecting not only CUT! but also possibly the premier, gave me his personal contact information and assured me that I would be "the first person" he contacts when he had additional information. Aside from emailing him updates to the event, we had heard nothing since.

We could not report this film as it has not been formally announced as of yet. As a committee we determined not to cause a huge panic until we heard more information.
Today, this message on this board is the first we have heard of Gerry's management definitively making a decision that he could not attend.

At this time, we are doing everything that we can to confirm this information with Gerry and his management team. Unfortunately, when your are dealing with entertainment professionals opportunities can come up unexpectedly that take precedence over the event. Whether or not Gerry is able to join us at CUT! 2008 we wish him the best of luck with this new film and continued success in his career.

More information will be posted as soon as it comes available to us.
